Refund Policy
SHIPPING
- The stemclouds.com online shop ships to all locations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Egypt.
- For all international shipments, insurance is required & will be included in the shipping cost. For all domestic shipments, we will require a signature on all deliveries.
- All shipping rates are weight-based and are dependent on the chosen shipping option. All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of order placement upon the realisation of complete payment for course / kits purchased online.
- Edsolab/ stemclouds will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment.
*For all international shipments (outside the UAE), the customer will be responsible for any customs and duties fees.
** Business days include Sunday–Thursday. For orders placed on Thursday, the next business day is the following Sunday with the exception of that Sunday being a National Holiday.
***If your order is truly urgent, please contact us as soon as possible via phone +97150 959 3664, or via email at askus@edsolab.com. We cannot guarantee anything, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns must be made via the RMA process described below.
- If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the items to Edsolab / Stemclouds.
- When returning items, please package them appropriately to avoid damage during shipment. Edsolab / Stemclouds is not responsible for any damage caused by poor packaging and has the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or exchanges if items are damaged upon receipt.
- When returning items, please confirm the return address and note the tracking number to avoid losing shipments. Edsolab / Stemclouds is not responsible for lost items.
- Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be granted until Edsolab / Stemclouds has received the items and deemed them acceptable for refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Please allow Edsolab / Stemclouds up to 30 business days to process your refund from the time your items are received. If an immediate replacement is needed, you are welcome to place a new order while waiting for your refund to be approved.
Please note that Edsolab / Stemclouds will not provide any refunds, replacements, exchanges, or repairs without an RMA Number.
Edsolab / Stemclouds has the right to refuse your shipment if you have not been issued an RMA Number.
Edsolab / Stemclouds reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or exchanges if the returned items are deemed unsatisfactory or non-defective by Edsolab / Stemclouds. In such an event, Edsolab / Stemclouds will not be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to the customer.
RMA Process
To submit items to Edsolab / Stemclouds for evaluation or repair, or if you would like to return your items for an exchange, refund, or replacement, you must do the following before sending your items:
- All products must be returned to Shipped Address by going through the RMA process or guide you to the RMA form.
- Fill out the RMA Form with the relevant information.
- Once the RMA Form has been submitted, Edsolab / Stemclouds will issue an email containing your RMA Number and shipping information.
- After receiving an RMA Number, you may ship your items to Edsolab / Stemclouds
- Returned packages should include:
- The RMA# on the outside of the package.
- A printed copy of RMA form or RMA issuance email.
- A printed copy of your order invoice (if available).
- Your name, address, phone number, and e-mail so that our team may contact you with any questions.
- Edsolab / Stemclouds reserves the right to charge customers for parts and labor if the returned items are deemed non-defective by Edsolab / Stemclouds. In such an event, Edsolab / Stemclouds will not be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to the customer.
- Edsolab / Stemclouds is not responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Edsolab / Stemclouds unless the items are deemed defective by Edsolab / Stemclouds upon evaluation. This also applies to exchanges or incorrectly-ordered products.
- Edsolab / Stemclouds is not responsible for the cost of return shipping to the customer unless the items have been deemed defective by Edsolab / Stemclouds upon evaluation.

1 YEAR WARRANTY
Unless otherwise noted, Edsolab / Stemclouds warranties its products against defects for 1 year. Products that are not manufactured by Edsolab / Stemclouds or are co-developed with Edsolab / Stemclouds may not be covered under warranty.
BATTERY WARRANTY
Edsolab / Stemclouds battery products with Lithium-Polymer chemistry (Li-Po) are not warrantied for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Over-discharge, misuse, or incorrect charging practices may void this warranty.
DISCLAIMER
You will not qualify for a warranty or refund if there is normal wear & tear, abuse to the product, improper use of the product, evidence of tampering/disassembly, or accidental damage. Worn gears, burnt motors/PCBs, and damaged cables are not covered under warranty.
Refund Policy
Self-Paced Courses: Under this refund policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 7 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. Please note that, the right to cancel will not apply, after we issued your login detail for online study platform before receiving your cancellation request to us. Any request for withdrawal after seven days following purchase, or once the course has started cannot be refunded.
If you choose to cancel within this period, you will receive a refund of the price within 30 days if you are eligible for refunds.
If we posted / shipped any study material/ kits to you, you should return them to us before processing the refund at your cost.
Unopened Kits / Material Sets either supplied as part of course or as stand along kit : Simply return your unopened set with your original packing slip or receipt, and we’ll give you a full refund in your original payment method with 30days from the date of return. The cost of shipping the return will have to borne by the original buyer.
Opened Sets: Returns of opened sets are not entitled for refund whether are not course is accessed. It can only be entitled for replacement subject to any damage during the original supply if reported within 7 days of purchase and return with in original condition and proper packing.
Please allow up to 2 working days to receive your online training details (Login details). The login credential will be send to the registered email while purchasing the course.
Once a course has been redeemed, we cannot grant a refund. All refund requests can be sent to askus@edsolab.com
Validity: The login credential will automatically expire upon the completion of subscription period. The validity of course are typically from 6 months to 1 year depends on the course unless and otherwise specified.
Live training courses

Timescale for refund.
Edsolab will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.
While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, assessment, dates and trainer/moderator. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behaviour.
Exchange Policy: Participant will be allowed to exchange with another course or Kit of equivalent or lesser value, if course is not accessed within 7 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email at askus@edsolab.com. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 7 days after the purchase date.
Multiple payments for the same course: In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request. There will be a 3.7% transaction cost charged by credit card processor per transaction.
